Can I return or exchange my ticket ?

Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. If you can’t attend, you may resell your ticket via an official resale platform such as TicketSwap.

What is the minimum age ?

All Get Funky events are 18+. ID checks are mandatory. No valid ID = no entry. Accepted IDs: Passport EU ID-card Driver’s licence

What is the drug policy ?

What is the drug policy? Get Funky follows a strict zero-tolerance policy on drugs for all club nights and festivals. If security finds drugs on you — either at the entrance or inside — your access will be denied without refund. Dealing, possessing more than 5 grams of soft drugs, or refusing to surrender prohibited items will result in removal and possible police involvement.

I lost my ticket - what do I do ?

You can retrieve your ticket through the Eventix Ticket Search page: 👉 eventix.io/search Use: The payment description Payment method Email address used during purchase If you still can’t find your ticket, contact Eventix support with: A screenshot of your bank statement The visible payment description They will resend your ticket.
